BEFORE THE SITE GOES LIVE
1. Replace all bracketed placeholder information.
2. Verify all language counts, device totals, partner counts and impact stories.
3. The Arrow image in assets/images/arrow-renew-concept.png is from Renew Outreach.
   It is included for Edify Scriptures concept review. Request permission to publish
   and a high resolution original from Renew Outreach before public launch.
   Replace the image at the same path with their supplied file (or update its path
   in index.html). Obtain permission for other real photographs and testimonials.
   Confirm language availability and the exact media configuration for each project.
4. Add the official legal name, mailing address and nonprofit disclosures.
5. Have the privacy policy reviewed for the actual services you use.
6. Connect the contact form to a secure form service or Hostinger-supported mail handler.
7. Test the PayPal button on desktop and mobile. Do not change hosted_button_id unless PayPal issues a replacement.
8. Remove the yellow UNDER CONSTRUCTION banner when the board approves launch.
9. Remove <meta name="robots" content="noindex"> from privacy.html when the policy is final.

HOW TO UPLOAD WITH FTP
1. In Hostinger, identify the domain's document root, normally public_html.
2. Download a complete backup of the current live website before replacing anything.
3. Upload the CONTENTS of this folder into public_html, preserving the assets folders.
4. Confirm that index.html is directly inside public_html, not inside another nested folder.
5. Visit https://edifyscriptures.org and hard-refresh the browser (Ctrl+F5).
6. Check every navigation link, image, mobile menu, privacy page and PayPal button.

HOW TO UPDATE TEXT
- Open index.html in a plain text or code editor.
- Search for the visible sentence or heading and replace only the text between the HTML tags.
- Keep a backup before every update.

HOW TO REPLACE A PHOTO
- Use the same filename and overwrite the existing image in assets/images, OR update the filename in index.html.
- Recommended web images: JPG or WebP, about 1600-2200 pixels wide, usually under 500 KB when practical.
- Always retain descriptive alt text for accessibility.

CONTACT FORM
The displayed contact form is intentionally disabled in this review version. Static HTML cannot safely send email by itself. Connect it to a reputable form endpoint or a properly secured Hostinger server-side handler before launch.

SECURITY
- Payment information is processed by PayPal, not this website.
- Keep Hostinger, FTP/SFTP credentials and any form-handler credentials private.
- Prefer SFTP over ordinary FTP when available.
- Enable SSL/HTTPS and automatic backups in Hostinger.
